• 1)Server: Lines up near center hash mark.
• 2) Net Player: Lines up near deuce court near center service line.
• 3) After Serve: Server moves diagonally to service box. Net player slides into deuce service box.
• 4) This element of surprise can close out a crosscourt return and provide a winning point.
• Note: The server should generally keep the serves down the T, since he has to be aware of down-the-line winners.
